HY Lim
Founder, 设计总监，生活型设计师，室内规划达人
HY Lim graduated from The One Academy in 2019 with a diploma in Interior Design, where he interned for 5 months at Feiiban Design Studio. In 2020, he pursued a Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture and Design at Raffles College of Higher Education. Following graduation, he secured a 6-month internship opportunity at GDP Architect Sdn Bhd, one of Malaysia's top 10 architectural firms.
With 4 years of on-site experience, HY Lim can solve various renovation issues for customers. Furthermore, he engages in conversations with customers to understand their thoughts and desires, allowing him to design perfect solutions. Chunwen Studio regularly updates its designs with the latest trends and technological advancements, keeping pace with the times. Over the course of 5 years, HY Lim has accumulated approximately 60 design projects.
HY Lim firmly believes that every customer represents an opportunity. He treats each customer with genuine sincerity, like a friend, and strives to create the most comfortable and warm sanctuary for them.
HY Lim 在2019年 毕业于 The One Academy ，专修室内设计Diploma，曾在Feiiban Design Studio实习长达5个月。 于2020年深造室内建筑与设计学士在Raffles College of Higher Education。毕业后更是获得全马10大建筑公司 GDP Architect Sdn Bhd 实习机会，在公司学习长达6个月。
HY Lim 拥有4年的 on site经验，可以帮顾客解决各式各样的装修问题。除此之外，他也可以透过与顾客聊天的过程，了解顾客的想法和内心进而设计出完美方案。纯纹工作坊定期更新设计新潮流和科技咨询，与时代并进。在5年时间内，HY Lim已经累计了大约60个设计项目。
HY Lim 坚信，每一位顾客都是一种机缘。用最真诚的态度对待每一位顾客如朋友一样并为他们打造一个最舒适与温馨的避风港。
Veggie Shee
Founder, 艺术总监，广告艺术总监，生活型设计师
In 2019, Veggie graduated from The One Academy with a specialization in Interior Architecture and Design. She interned for 6 months at OD&A Interior and Associates. From 2019 to 2022, Veggie dedicated herself to creating environments tailored to her clients' needs and effectively helping them save on renovation costs.
In July 2022, Veggie co-founded Chunwen Studio with her partner Yen Lim. Chunwen Studio focuses on crafting spaces tailored for property investors and young individuals. We have successfully helped clients increase their rental income by over 150%. Within just 14 months of establishment, Chunwen Studio had the privilege of being appointed to design projects such as The Residence St. Regis and the KLIA Fids Project.
Veggie believes that everyone desires a home with their own unique design style. At Chunwen Studio, we are dedicated to creating warm, livable, humane, and healthy environments that reflect our clients' individuality.
